The “More Yoga” Retreat

Cozy Fireside Yoga on Saturday Afternoon,

April 10^th 12:00 to 4:30PM

(Weather permitting, we'll be doing some Outdoor “Riverside” Yoga on Saturday)

Replenish yourself, by bringing a sense of energy and inner calm to your life!! Due to popular request,

we will be doing more yoga moves with just some “traces” of Energy Medicine, to satisfy those who would like to

be more “on the move” than our previous retreats!!!

Friday night’s session will be followed by some healthy snacks. And Saturday night, Dagna will be offering (for a small fee) her famous

“Dagna Lasagna Dinner”, for those that want to hang close by the cozy fire!

Each yoga guest will receive a “Paraffin-Hand” treatment, compliments of Canon Del Rio!!!

All Spa Treatments are discounted for Canon Del Rio Guests!!!

Dress in comfortable clothing (and dress in layers). Please bring a yoga mat, blanket & water bottle. Also, bring some sturdy shoes for outdoor yoga if weather permits. It’s good to eat a light meal at least an hour before each session. Bring your body, no matter how tired you may feel and you will leave, feeling refreshed and re-energized in body, mind & spirit!
